Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan guna mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha dengan self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi pada santri Ahsanul ‘Ibad. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Tidak hanya itu, kedua variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self-efficacy. Self-efficacy terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha dan dapat memediasi pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi peningkatan pendidikan kewirausahaan dan kreativitas dapat memperkuat keyakinan santri terhadap kemampuan dirinya dalam berwirausaha, sehingga mendorong peningkatan intensi berwirausaha. Kata kunci: pendidikan kewirausahaan, kreativitas, self-efficacy, intensi berwirausaha. ***** This study was conducted to examine the influence of entrepreneurship education and creativity on entrepreneurial intention, with self-efficacy serving as a mediating variable among the students at Ahsanul ‘Ibad. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing questionnaires for data collection. The data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method via SmartPLS 4 software. The findings indicate that entrepreneurship education and creativity have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial intention. Furthermore, both variables also positively and significantly influence self-efficacy. Self-efficacy was found to have a positive and significant impact on entrepreneurial intention and to mediate the effects of entrepreneurship education and creativity on entrepreneurial intention. These results confirm that enhancing entrepreneurship education and creativity can strengthen the students' confidence in their entrepreneurial capabilities, thereby fostering greater entrepreneurial intention.
