Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem seleksi pemain futsal berbasis web menggunakan metode SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) guna membantu pelatih dalam melakukan proses seleksi pemain secara lebih objektif,efisien, dan terstruktur. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini ialah proses seleksi pemain futsal yang masih menggunakan manual dengan pulpen dan kertas sehingga dinilai kurang efektif dan efisien serta cukup rentan tercecernya data. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) model ADDIE yang meliputi tahapan Analys, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa sistem seleksi pemain futsal bernama KickDoo yang dapat digunakan pada android maupun ios. Pada sistem ini terdapat fitur login, event dan pembuatan event, penilaian, serta perankingan hasil seleksi. Penilaian pemain berdasarkan 4 kriteria dan 10 sub kriteria dengan skala penilain 1-10 sesuai dengan persepsi pelatih. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli futsal, pelatih professional, serta ahli bidang IT. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba kelompok kecil kepada pelatih pelatih pembuatan sistem seleksi pemain futsal dengan metode smart dinyatakan layak dan valid dengan memperoleh persentase uji kelayakan 88,18% dan uji kemenarikan 86,81% dimana keduanya masuk kategori sangat layak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem seleksi pemain futsal dengan metode SMART yang dibuat layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pelatih untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam proses seleksi pemain futsal. ****** This research aims to create a web-based futsal player selection system using the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method to assist coaches in conducting a more objective, efficient, and structured player selection process. The problem in this research is that the current manual futsal player selection process, using pen and paper, is considered ineffective and inefficient, and is prone to data loss. The method used in this research is the ADDIE Research and Development (R&D) model, which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product developed is a futsal player selection system called KickDoo, which can be used on Android and iOS. This system includes features for login, event creation, assessment, and ranking of selection results. Player assessmentsbare based on four criteria and ten sub-criteria, with a rating scale of 1-10 according to the coach's perception. Validation was conducted by futsal experts, professional coaches, and IT experts. Based on the results of a small group trial with coaches, the futsal player selection system using the SMART method was declared feasible and valid, with a feasibility test percentage of 88,18% and an attractiveness test percentage of 86.81%, both of which fall into the very feasible category. The conclusion of this study is that the futsal player selection system developed using the SMART method is suitable for use as a support tool for coaches in decision-making in the futsal player selection process.
