Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatahui pengaruh occupational self-efficacy dan fearof negative evaluation terhadap impostor syndrome pada karyawan entry-level Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS), Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale - Short Form (OSS-6), dan Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (BFNE). Teknik sampling yang digunakan convenience sampling dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 222 karyawan entry-level. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama occupational self-efficacy dan fear of negative evaluation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impostor syndrome sebesar 31.9%. Secara parsial, occupational self-efficacy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impostor syndrome, sedangkan fear of negative evaluation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impostor syndrome. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu individu maupun perusahaan dalam memahami faktor psikologis yang memengaruhi munculnya impostor syndrome pada karyawan entry-level. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of occupational self-efficacy and fear of negative evaluation on impostor syndrome among entry-level employees. This study employs a quantitative method using multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques utilized the Clance Impostor Phenomenon Scale (CIPS), the Occupational Self-Efficacy Scale - Short Form (OSS-6), and the Brief Fear of Negative Evaluation Scale (BFNE). Convenience sampling was employed, with a sample size of 222 entry-level employees. The results indicate that, collectively, occupational self-efficacy and fear of negative evaluation significantly influence impostor syndrome by 31.9%. Partially, occupational self-efficacy does not significantly influence impostor syndrome, whereas fear of negative evaluation significantly influences impostor syndrome. This study is expected to assist both individuals and companies in understanding the psychological factors that influence the emergence of impostor syndrome among entry-level employees.
