Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model ice breaking outbound bagi disabilitas intelektual ringan, guna mengembangkan partisipasi, konsentrasi, interaksi sosial, Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa 14 model permainan ice breaking outbound yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik dan kemampuan anak disabilitas intelektual ringan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, validasi ahli, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan dinyatakan layak digunakan setelah melalui proses validasi dan revisi. model tersebut mampu menciptakan suasana latihan yang lebih menyenangkan, meningkatkan keaktifan dan konsentrasi anak, serta membantu mengembangkan kemampuan kerja sama dan komunikasi sosial. Sehingga model ice breaking outbound ini dapat menjadi alternatif kegiatan latihan yang adaptif, efektif, dan bermakna bagi anak disabilitas intelektual ringan. Kata Kunci: Outbound, Ice breaking, Anak disabiltas intelektual ringan ***** This study aims to develop an outbound ice breaking model for children with special needs, especially children with intellectual disabilities, to improve participation, concentration, and social interaction. The study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The resulting product is 14 outbound ice breaking game models adapted to the characteristics and abilities of children with intellectual disabilities. Research data was obtained through observation, interviews, expert validation, and field trials. The results of the study indicate that the developed model is declared suitable for use after going through the validation and revision process. The model is able to create a more enjoyable training atmosphere, increase children's activity and concentration, and help develop cooperation and social communication skills. So this outbound ice breaking model can be an alternative adaptive, effective, and meaningful training activity for children with intellectual disabilities.
