Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk diketahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sistem Transmisi Gelombang Elektromagnetik di SMKN 26 Jakarta. Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen melalui desain Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. Instrumen penelitian telah digunakan berupa tes pretest dan posttest. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa dari 50 butir soal, sebanyak 31 soal dinyatakan valid karena nilai r_hitung lebih besar daripada r_tabel (0,250), sedangkan reliabilitas diperoleh sebesar 0,830 dengan kategori sangat tinggi sehingga instrumen dinyatakan layak digunakan. Uji prasyarat analisis telah dilakukan. Hasil uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal karena nilai D_hitung lebih kecil daripada D_tabel (0,226), dengan rincian pretest eksperimen (0,139), posttest eksperimen (0,073), pretest kontrol (0,113), dan posttest kontrol (0,147). Uji homogenitas Bartlett menunjukkan bahwa data bersifat homogen dengan nilai χ² hitung sebesar 3,567 lebih kecil daripada χ² tabel sebesar 3,841. Hasil analisis N-Gain menunjukkan bahwa kelas eksperimen memperoleh nilai 0,728 (kategori tinggi), sedangkan kelas kontrol memperoleh nilai 0,509 (kategori sedang). Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Independent Two-Sample t-Test menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 5,485 lebih besar daripada t_tabel1,994 dengan signifikansi 6,16 ×10^(-7) lebih kecil daripada 0,05. Dengan demikian, H_0 ditolak dan H_a diterima. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Inkuiri telah memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Sistem Transmisi Gelombang Elektromagnetik kelas XI Teknik Elektronika Komunikasi SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta ***** This study aimed to determine the effect of the Inquiry learning model on students' learning outcomes in the Electromagnetic Wave Transmission System subject at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental method with a Pretest–Posttest Control Group Design. The research instruments consisted of pretest and posttest objective tests. The validity test results indicated that 31 out of 50 test items were valid, as the calculated correlation coefficient (r-value) exceeded the critical r-value (0.250). Meanwhile, the reliability coefficient was 0.830, which falls into the very high category, indicating that the instrument was reliable for use. The prerequisite tests were also conducted. The results of the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test showed that the data were normally distributed because the calculated D-values were lower than the critical D-value (0.226), with the following results: experimental class pretest (0.139), experimental class posttest (0.073), control class pretest (0.113), and control class posttest (0.147). The Bartlett homogeneity test indicated that the data were homogeneous, with a calculated χ² value of 3.567, which was lower than the critical χ² value of 3.841. The N-Gain analysis revealed that the experimental class achieved an N-Gain score of 0.728 (high category), while the control class obtained an N-Gain score of 0.509 (moderate category). Hypothesis testing using the Independent Two-Sample t-Test showed that the calculated t-value was 5.485, which exceeded the critical t-value of 1.994, with a significance value of 6,16 ×10^(-7), which was lower than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H₀) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Hₐ) was accepted. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Inquiry learning model had a significant effect on students' learning outcomes in the Electromagnetic Wave Transmission System subject for Grade XI students of the Communication Electronics Engineering program at SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta.
