Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis strategi supervisi akademik SMP Islam Al Azhar 19 dalam meningkatkan kompetensi digital guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan yang terdiri atas kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi supervisi akademik dilakukan melalui identifikasi lingkungan supervisi yang didukung kebijakan sekolah berbasis digital, perumusan strategi oleh tim manajemen sekolah, perencanaan program dan instrumen supervisi, desain supervisi berbasis digital melalui observasi dan evaluasi pembelajaran, serta implementasi supervisi yang disertai pendampingan, pelatihan, dan tindak lanjut berkelanjutan. Strategi tersebut berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi digital guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran sehingga mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran berbasis digital di sekolah.***** This study aimed to describe and analyze the academic supervision strategy implemented by SMP Islam Al Azhar 19 in improving teachers’ digital competence. The study employed a qualitative approach using a descriptive method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving the principal, vice principal, and teachers as informants. The findings revealed that the academic supervision strategy was carried out through the identification of a supervision environment supported by digital-based school policies, strategy formulation by the school management team, planning of supervision programs and instruments, the design of digital-based supervision through classroom observation and evaluation, and the implementation of supervision accompanied by mentoring, training, and continuous follow-up. These strategies contributed to improving teachers’ digital competence in utilizing technology in the learning process and supported the effectiveness of digital-based learning at school.
