Abstract
Proses reservasi kunjungan di DPRD DKI Jakarta masih dilakukan melalui sistem berbasis website yang dinilai belum sepenuhnya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, khususnya dalam hal kemudahan akses melalui perangkat mobile serta keterbatasan fitur. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan proses reservasi menjadi kurang optimal bagi pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi E-Tamu berbasis mobile pada platform Android sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses reservasi kunjungan di DPRD DKI Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Prototyping, yang terdiri dari tahapan communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype, serta deployment, delivery & feedback. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan framework React Native dengan bahasa pemrograman JavaScript. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi literatur. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengukur tingkat penerimaan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi E-Tamu berhasil dikembangkan dengan fitur registrasi, login, pengajuan kunjungan, pemantauan status pengajuan, riwayat kunjungan, detail kunjungan, pengelolaan profil, panduan pengajuan, notifikasi, dan lupa password. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%, sedangkan hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 86,3% dengan kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, aplikasi E-Tamu dinyatakan telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna dan layak digunakan sebagai media reservasi kunjungan berbasis mobile di DPRD DKI Jakarta. ***** The visit reservation process at DPRD DKI Jakarta is carried out through a website-based system which has not fully met user needs, particularly in terms of accessibility through mobile devices and limited features. This condition causes the reservation process to be less optimal for users. Therefore, this study aims to design an E-Tamu mobile application on the Android platform as a solution to improve the effectiveness of the visit reservation process at DPRD DKI Jakarta. The method used in this research is the Prototyping method, which consists of the stages of communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype, and deployment, delivery & feedback. The application was developed using the React Native framework with JavaScript as the programming language. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and literature studies. Application testing was conducted using Black Box Testing to evaluate system functionality and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to measure user acceptance. The results of this study indicate that the E-Tamu application was successfully developed with features including account registration, login, visit submission, submission status monitoring, visit history, visit details, profile management, submission guidelines, notifications, and forgot password functionality. The Black Box Testing results showed a success rate of 100%, while the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results obtained an average score of 86.3%, categorized as very good. Based on these results, the E-Tamu application has fulfilled user requirements and is considered feasible to be implemented as a mobile-based visit reservation application at DPRD DKI Jakarta.
