Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal psikologis, keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, burnout, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 80 karyawan generasi milenial pada PT Zona Edukasi Nusantara (Zenius Education) di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, teknis analisis data menggunakan Path Analysis dengan program SPSS dan Lisrel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuh hipotesis diterima; 1) modal psikologis berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap intensi turnover, 2) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap intensi turnover, 3) burnout berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap intensi turnover, 4) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap intensi turnover, 5) modal psikologis berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 6) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 7) burnout berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 8) modal psikologis berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover melalui kepuasan kerja, 9) keseimbangan kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover melalui kepuasan kerja, 10) burnout berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover melalui kepuasan kerja. Perusahaan startup yang banyak mempekerjakan karyawan generasi milenial perlu memerhatikan faktor modal psikologis yang dimediasi faktor kepuasan kerja yang merupakan faktor paling besar pengaruhnya dalam menurunkan intensi turnover karyawan, dengan indikator yang paling tinggi memengaruhi intensi turnover adalah semangat bertahan, karyawan tetap memiliki semangat bekerja meski kondisi pekerjaan memaksa untuk mampu bekerja sendiri, mampu mengatasi dengan mudah hal-hal membuat stres saat bekerja, dengan demikian karyawan memiliki kemampuan untuk melalui masa-masa sulit dalam bekerja. **********************8 The Effects of Psychological Capital, Work-Life Balance, Burnout, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of Millennial Generation Employees at PT Zona Edukasi Nusantara (Zenius Education) in Jakarta Hendrik Heri Sandi ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of psychological capital, work-life balance, burnout, and job satisfaction on turnover intention. The sample used was 80 millennial generation employees at PT Zona Edukasi Nusantara (Zenius Education) in Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative approach, technical data analysis using Path Analysis with the SPSS and Lisrel Program. The results showed that seven hypotheses were accepted; 1) psychological capital has negative direct effect on turnover intention, 2) work-life balance has negative direct effect on turnover intention, 3) burnout has positive direct effect on turnover intention, 4) job satisfaction has negative direct effect on turnover intention, 5) psychological capital has positive direct effect on job satisfaction, 6) work-life balance has positive direct effect on job satisfaction, 7) burnout has negative direct effect on job satisfaction, 8) psychological capital has an effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, 9) work-life balance has an effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction, 10) burnout has an effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction. Startup companies that employ many millennial generation employees need to pay attention to psychological capital factors mediated by job satisfaction factors which are the most influential factors in reducing employee turnover intentions, with the highest indicator influencing turnover intentions is the spirit of survival, employees still have the spirit of working despite working conditions force to be able to work alone, able to cope easily with stressful things at work, thus employees have the ability to go through difficult times at work.
