Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work-life balance, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan olahragawan terhadap organizational commitment di Indonesia. Jarang penelitian yang berhubungan dengan olahragawan di Indonesia terutama organizational commitment untuk atlet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari pengaruh work-life balance, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan profesi terhadap organizational commitment. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 936 atlet di Indonesia, sedangkan sampel terdiri dari 281 atlet menggunakan formula slovin. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis jalur yang akan diproses menggunakan alat LISREL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara langsung work-life balance, motivasi berprestasi dan kepuasan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational commitment. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa secara tidak langsung work-life balance dan motivasi berprestasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment melalui kepuasan atlet. This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, achievement motivation and athlete satisfaction on organizational commitment in Indonesia. It is rare that research relating to athletes in Indonesia is primarily about how to make organizational commitment to athletes. The purpose of this study is to find the effect of work-life balance, achievement motivation and professional satisfaction on organizational commitment. The study population consisted of 936 athletes in Indonesia, while the sample consisted of 281 athletes using the Slovin formula. This research is a quantitative study with path analysis that will be processed using the LISREL tool. The results of this study indicate that directly work-life balance, achievement motivation and satisfaction have a positive and significant influence on organizational commitment. The results also showed that work-life balance and achievement motivation indirectly influence organizational commitment through athlete satisfaction.
