Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data tentang pengaruh model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar terhadap hasil belajar sejarah di SMA Negeri 8 Takengon. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan disain faktorial by level 2 x 2. Populasinya adalah seluruh siswa kelas X. sampel terdiri dari dua kelas yaitu kelas X IPA 1 dan X IPA 3 dengan jumlah 70 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk hasil belajar adalah tes pilihan ganda dan yang digunakan untuk gaya belajar adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran CTL lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran konvensional (2) terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan gaya belajar (3) hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran CTL dan memiliki gaya belajar visual lebih tinggi dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran konvensional dan memiliki gaya belajar auditorial (4) hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran CTL dan memiliki gaya belajar visual lebih rendah dari siswa yang diberikan model pembelajaran konvensional dan memiliki gaya belajar auditorial. ***************** This study aims to obtain data on the influence of learning models and learning styles on historical learning outcomes in SMA 8 Takengon. This type of research is a quantitative study using an experimental method with factorial design by level 2 x 2. The population is all students of class X. The sample consists of two classes, namely class X Science 1 and X Science 3 with a total of 70 students. The instrument used for learning outcomes is a multiple choice test and the one used for learning styles is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the historical learning outcomes of students who are given a CTL learning model are higher than students who are given conventional learning models (2) there is an interaction effect between learning models and learning styles (3) the historical learning outcomes of students who are given a learning model CTL and have a visual learning style higher than students who are given conventional learning models and have an auditory learning style (4) historical learning outcomes of students who are given a CTL learning model and have a visual learning style lower than students who are given conventional learning models and have learning styles auditory.
