Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar e-modul pembelajaran IPS berbasis Problem Based Learning materi jenis kegiatan ekonomi sekolah dasar. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian Research and Development dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahapan yaitu Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan kuesioner. Subjek penelitian yang diambil adalah peserta didik kelas V SDI IZZUDDIN yang berjumlah 14 peserta didik, serta melibatkan ahli media, bahasa, dan materi. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-modul yang dikembangkan memperoleh persentase dari ahli media sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak, uji ahli bahasa mendapatkan persentase 98% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan uji ahli materi mendapatkan persentase 95% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh hasil rata-rata kelayakan sebesar 84% dengan kategori sangat layak, hasil uji coba One to one sebesar 83%, small group 84%, dan field test 86% dengan kategori sangat layak. ***** This study aims to develop a problem based learning based e-module for social studies focusing on the topic of economic activities for elementary school students. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Data collection techniques included interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The research subjects were 14 fifth-grade students at SDI IZZUDDIN and involved media, language, and material experts. Validation results indicated that the developed e-module received a 95% rating from the media expert (categorized as highly feasible), 98% from the language expert (highly feasible), and 95% from the subject matter expert (highly feasible). Based on the research findings, the average feasibility score was 84%, categorized as very feasible. The results of the one-to-one trial reached 83%, the small-group trial reached 84%, and the field test reached 86%, all categorized as very feasible. The effectiveness test using the N-gain test yielded a score of 0.62, which falls into the moderate category, with a percentage of 62.078%, indicating that the e-module is quite effective.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the e-module teaching material is valid and feasible for use in elementary school learning activities and is quite effective in improving students’ motivation to learn Social Studies.
