Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan rancangan model latihan passing support berbasis pada orientasi pergerakan pararela, diagonal, wall pass, dan three in-line untuk pemain futsal kategori usia U17. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan kerangka pengembangan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah 15 pemain futsal dari Akademi Neperking U17. Kelayakan rancangan model divalidasi melalui uji justifikasi pakar yang melibatkan tiga orang penilai, yakni satu dosen ahli materi futsal dan dua praktisi pelatih futsal berlisensi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan 20 desain akhir model latihan passing support yang disusun secara progresif dari skala small-tactic group hingga tactical group. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan revisi dari tahap validasi ahli, keseluruhan model tersebut dinyatakan "Sangat Layak" untuk diimplementasikan di lapangan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini telah berhasil mengembangkan dan menghasilkan 20 variasi model latihan passing support. Produk model yang dikembangkan secara progresif dinyatakan valid dan “Sangat Layak” untuk digunakan sebagai referensi maupun menu utama dalam melatih taktik sirkulasi bola dan pergerakan tanpa bola bagi pemain futsal di Akademi Neperking U17. Kata Kunci: Model Latihan, Passing Support, Taktik, Futsal. ***** This study aims to develop and test the feasibility of a passing support training model design based on the movement orientations of pararela, diagonal, wall pass, and three in-line for U17 futsal players. This study utilizes the Research and Development (R&D) method employing the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) framework. The trial subjects in this study were 15 futsal players from the Neperking U17 Academy. The feasibility of the model design was validated through an expert justification test involving three evaluators: one futsal subject-matter expert lecturer and two licensed futsal coach practitioners. The results of this research and development produced 20 final designs of passing support training models arranged progressively from a small-tactic group to a tactical group scale. Based on the evaluation and revision results from the expert validation stage, all models were declared "Highly Feasible" to be implemented on the court. The conclusion of this study successfully developed 20 variations of passing support training models. The developed models were systematically arranged in a progressive sequence and were validated as “Highly Approriate” based on experct evaluation. Therefore, they are considered suitable for use as both a reference and a primary training program for improving ball circulation tactics and off the ball movement among U17 futsal players at Neperking Academy.
