Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model pembelajaran gerak dasar lokomotor berbasis permainan yang valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk siswa kelas bawah sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor siswa serta terbatasnya variasi model pembelajaran yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa 30 model pembelajaran gerak dasar lokomotor berbasis permainan, yang terdiri atas 10 model berjalan, 10 model berlari, dan 10 model melompat. Produk divalidasi oleh ahli gerak dasar, ahli permainan, dan guru PJOK, kemudian diuji pada kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar siswa kelas I dan II SD Negeri 19 Jakarta Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh model pembelajaran dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli. Uji coba menunjukkan tingkat kemenarikan sebesar 91,66% dan tingkat kemudahan sebesar 89,16%, keduanya berada pada kategori baik. Penerapan model pembelajaran juga meningkatkan ketuntasan belajar siswa dari sekitar 43–44% pada tes awal menjadi sekitar 86–88% pada tes akhir. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran gerak dasar lokomotor berbasis permainan yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif pembelajaran PJOK untuk meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar lokomotor siswa kelas bawah sekolah dasar. ***** This study aimed to develop a game-based fundamental locomotor movement learning model that is appropriate for the characteristics of lower-grade elementary school students and capable of improving their enthusiasm and fundamental locomotor movement skills. The study was motivated by the low level of students' fundamental locomotor movement skills and the limited variety of learning models employed by physical education teachers, resulting in low student engagement and participation during Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) lessons. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The developed product comprised 30 game-based fundamental locomotor movement learning models, including 10 walking models, 10 running models, and 10 jumping models. The product was validated by experts in fundamental movement skills, game-based learning, and physical education teachers, followed by small-group and large-group trials involving first- and second-grade students at SD Negeri 19 Jakarta Timur. The results indicated that all 30 learning models were considered feasible based on expert validation. The small-group trial demonstrated an attractiveness level of 91.66% and an ease-of-use level of 89.16%, both categorized as good. Furthermore, the implementation of the developed learning model significantly improved students' fundamental locomotor movement learning outcomes. The percentage of students achieving learning mastery increased from 43.24% to 86.40% in Grade I and from 44.11% to 88.20% in Grade II after the implementation of the game-based learning model. It can be concluded that the developed game-based fundamental locomotor movement learning model is valid, practical, and effective for improving students' fundamental locomotor movement skills. The model also enhances students' learning enthusiasm and promotes a more active, enjoyable, and meaningful learning environment in physical education for lower-grade elementary school students.
