Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis potensi Rumah Adat Kranggan sebagai daya tarik wisata edukasi budaya di Kelurahan Jatirangga, Kecamatan Jatisampurna, Kota Bekasi, serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat pengembangannya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui observasi, wawancara semi-terstruktur, dan dokumentasi pada 28 Juni sampai 10 Juli 2026, dengan lima informan (dua pengelola, satu perwakilan pemerintah daerah, dan dua pengunjung). Data dianalisis melalui reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan, dengan keabsahan data diperkuat triangulasi sumber, mengacu pada komponen pariwisata 4A (attraction, accessibility, amenity, ancillary). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Rumah Adat Kranggan memiliki daya tarik kuat dari keaslian arsitektur rumah panggung berusia sekitar 300 tahun, status cagar budaya sejak 2011, serta tradisi babaritan, sedekah bumi, dan tahun alif yang masih hidup. Aksesibilitas cukup mendukung karena dekat akses tol, meski sebagian ruas jalan perlu penataan. Fasilitas dasar kepariwisataan sudah tersedia, tetapi amenitas penunjang fungsi edukasi masih perlu dikembangkan. Kelembagaan pengelola berupa Yayasan Kesepuhan Adat Kranggan (berdiri sejak 2004) didukung pemerintah daerah, namun masih terkendala anggaran, sumber daya manusia, dan strategi promosi. Disimpulkan bahwa Rumah Adat Kranggan berpotensi besar dikembangkan sebagai destinasi wisata edukasi berbasis budaya, dengan penguatan pada pengemasan program edukasi, media interpretasi, promosi berkelanjutan, serta pengemasan permainan dan olahraga tradisional seperti pencak silat, gasing, dan enggrang sebagai daya tarik tambahan yang bernilai edukatif. ***** This study aims to analyze the potential of the Kranggan Traditional House as a cultural educational tourism attraction in Jatirangga Village, Jatisampurna Subdistrict, Bekasi City, as well as to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors for its development. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, conducted from June 28 to July 10, 2026, with five informants (two managers, one local government representative, and two visitors). Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with data validity strengthened through source triangulation, referring to the 4A tourism components (attraction, accessibility, amenity, ancillary). The results show that the Kranggan Traditional House has a strong attraction stemming from the authenticity of its approximately 300-year-old stilt house architecture, its status as a cultural heritage site since 2011, as well as the still-living traditions of babaritan, sedekah bumi (earth alms/harvest thanksgiving), and tahun alif (Alif year commemoration). Accessibility is fairly supportive due to its proximity to toll road access, although some road sections need improvement. Basic tourism facilities are already available, but supporting amenities for educational functions still need to be developed. The management institution, the Kesepuhan Adat Kranggan Foundation (established in 2004), is supported by the local government, but still faces constraints in budget, human resources, and promotional strategy. It is concluded that the Kranggan Traditional House has great potential to be developed as a culture-based educational tourism destination, with strengthening needed in the packaging of educational programs, interpretive media, sustainable promotion, and the packaging of traditional games and sports such as pencak silat (traditional martial arts), gasing (spinning top), and enggrang (stilt walking) as additional attractions with educational value.
