Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keseimbangan, kekuatan otot tungkai, dan koordinasi terhadap keterampilan shooting atlet Klub Futsal Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei dengan teknik analisis jalur. Pengujian analisis dilakukan dengan perhitungan persyaratan data yaitu uji normalitas, uji homogenitas. (1) Keseimbangan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan shooting sebesar 0,455 atau 45,5%. (2) Kekuatan otot tungkai berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan shooting sebesar 0,310 atau 31%. (3) Koordinasi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan shooting sebesar0,217 atay 21,7%. (4) Keseimbangan berpengaruh terhadap koordinasi sebesar 0,829 atau 82,95. (5) Kekuatan otot tungkai berpengaruh terhadap koordinasi sebesar 0,132 atau 13,2%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan shooting dipengaruhi oleh keseimbangan, kekuatan otot tungkai, dan koordinasi This study aims to determine the effect of balance, leg muscle strength, and coordination on the shooting skills of Futsal Club Jakarta State University athletes. The research method used in this study is a survey with path analysis techniques. Analysis testing is done by calculating the data requirements namely normality test, homogeneity test. (1) Balance affects the skills of shooting by 0.455 or 45.5%. (2) Leg muscle strength affects the skills of shooting by 0,310 or 31%. (3) Coordination influences the skills of shooting by 0.217 or 21.7%. (4) Balance influences coordination by 0.829 or 82.95. (5) Leg muscle strength influences coordination by 0.132 or 13.2%. Thus it can be concluded that the skills of shooting is influenced by balance, leg muscle strength, and coordination.
