Abstract

Sistem informasi sekolah SMP Labschool Jakarta yang saat ini hanya tersedia dalam bentuk website yang belum menjangkau siswa dan wali siswa yang mayoritas saat ini mengakses informasi melalui perangkat mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan frontend aplikasi mobile sistem informasi sekolah SMP Labschool Jakarta serta mengetahui hasil pengembangannya. Pengembangan dilakukan menggunakan metode Agile Iterative and Incremental Development yang dilaksanakan melalui dua increment dengan total tiga iterasi, di awali dengan tahap planning di awal siklus pengembangan, kemudian melanjutkan ke beberapa tahap iterasi yang menjalankan tahapan design, development, testing, dan evaluate, dilanjutkan dengan deployment pada setiap akhir increment. Aplikasi dikembangkan menggunakan framework React Native sehingga dapat berjalan pada sistem operasi Android dan iOS dari satu basis kode. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing terhadap 27 skenario uji menunjukkan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 100%, dan hasil User Acceptance Testing terhadap 13 responden yang terdiri dari 5 siswa dan 8 guru menunjukkan persentase penerimaan keseluruhan sebesar 95,49% dengan interpretasi "Sangat Baik", di mana ketiga aspek penilaian yaitu Usability & Antarmuka (98,46%), Layanan (93,54%), serta Efisien & Kepuasan (95,08%) seluruhnya melampaui ambang batas kelayakan sebesar 61%. Dengan demikian, aplikasi mobile sistem informasi sekolah yang dikembangkan diterima dengan sangat baik oleh pengguna dan layak digunakan sebagai media akses informasi sekolah berbasis mobile. ***** The school information system of SMP Labschool Jakarta is currently available only as a website, which has yet to reach students and parents, most of whom now access information through mobile devices. This study aims to develop the frontend of a mobile school information system application for SMP Labschool Jakarta and to determine the results of its development. The development was carried out using the Agile Iterative and Incremental Development method, conducted through two increments with a total of three iterations, beginning with a planning stage at the start of the development cycle, followed by iterations consisting of design, development, testing, and evaluate stages, and concluded with deployment at the end of each increment. The application was built using the React Native framework, allowing it to run on both Android and iOS operating systems from a single codebase. Black Box Testing on 27 test scenarios showed a success rate of 100%, and User Acceptance Testing involving 13 respondents consisting of 5 students and 8 teachers showed an overall acceptance percentage of 95.49% with a "Very Good" interpretation, in which all three assessment aspects, namely Usability & Interface (98.46%), Service (93.54%), and Efficiency & Satisfaction (95.08%), exceeded the feasibility threshold of 61%. Thus, the developed mobile school information system application was very well received by users and is feasible to be used as a mobile-based medium for accessing school information.
