Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan pedagogi guru berbasis collaborative learning melalui mentoring dan coaching yang layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi guru SMK. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan research and development dengan mengadaptasi model Borg and Gall serta Dick and Carey melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model, validasi ahli, uji coba, revisi, dan evaluasi efektivitas. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara, observasi, dan pretest-posttest, lalu dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, statistik, dan N-Gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan layak diterapkan di SMK dari penilaian ahli desain rata-rata 4,78 katagori sangat layak, penilaian ahli materi rata-rata 4,73 dengan katagori sangat layak, ahli media rata-rata 4,78 katagori sangat layak, dan hasil field trial rata-rata 4,80 katagori sangat layak. Skor kompetensi pedagogi guru meningkat dari 55,50 pada pretest menjadi 85,04 pada posttest dengan nilai N-Gain 0,5375 berkategori sedang. Pada aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, skor meningkat dari 2,47 (kurang) menjadi 3,50 (sangat baik) dengan N-Gain 0,4485 (sedang). Pada aspek pelaksanaan pembelajaran, skor meningkat dari 63,22 menjadi 80,04 dengan N-Gain 0,4485 berkategori sedang. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa integrasi collaborative learning, mentoring, dan coaching efektif meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogi, kualitas perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran guru di SMK. Kata kunci: kompetensi pedagogi, collaborative learning, mentoring, coaching, Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan ABSTRACT This study aims to develop a model for pedagogical support for teachers based on collaborative learning through appropriate and effective mentoring and coaching to enhance the pedagogical competencies of vocational school teachers. The study employs a research and development approach, adapting the models proposed by Borg and Gall and Dick and Carey, through the stages of needs analysis, model design, expert validation, pilot testing, revision, and evaluation of effectiveness. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and pre- and post-tests, and were subsequently analysed using validity and reliability tests, statistical analysis, and the N-Gain measure. The research results indicate that the developed model is suitable for implementation in vocational secondary schools, as evidenced by an average design expert rating of 4.78 (classified as ‘highly suitable’), an average content expert rating of 4.73 (classified as ‘highly suitable’), an average media expert rating of 4.78 (classified as ‘highly suitable’), and an average field trial result of 4.80 (classified as ‘highly suitable’). Teachers’ pedagogical competence scores increased from 55.50 in the pre-test to 85.04 in the post-test, with an N-Gain of 0.5375, categorised as moderate. In the aspect of lesson planning, scores increased from 2.47 (poor) to 3.50 (very good) with an N-Gain of 0.4485 (moderate). In the area of lesson delivery, the score increased from 63.22 to 80.04, with an N-Gain of 0.4485, categorised as moderate. These findings confirm that the integration of collaborative learning, mentoring and coaching effectively enhances teachers’ pedagogical competence, the quality of their lesson planning and the delivery of lessons at vocational secondary schools.
