Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengidentifikasi bentuk pematuhan serta pelanggaran prinsip kerja sama berdasarkan maksim kuantitas, kualitas, relevansi, dan cara dalam percakapan lisan spontan antara Maxwell Salvador dan Kaditya Rakan pada fitur live streaming TikTok. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa fragmen tuturan lisan yang ditranskripsikan dari satu rekaman video. Teknik pengumpulan data menerapkan metode simak, teknik dokumentasi, dan teknik catat. Hasil analisis pragmatik terhadap total data keseluruhan 692 data yang masing-masing maksimnya mencakup 173 pasangan tutur pematuhan dan pelanggaran maksim dari 436 tuturan tunggal menunjukkan bahwa pematuhan prinsip kerja sama jauh lebih mendominasi peristiwa tutur dengan 591 data dibandingkan bentuk pelanggaran dengan 101 data. Pematuhan maksim relevansi mencatat frekuensi tertinggi dengan 164 pasangan tutur, diikuti maksim kuantitas dengan 149 pasangan tutur maksim kualitas dengan 140 pasangan tutur, dan yang paling sedikit maksim cara dengan 138 pasangan tutur. Karakteristik kepatuhan yang tinggi ini dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh identitas akademik kedua penutur sebagai representasi intelektual gen-Z. Sebaliknya, pelanggaran maksim yang terjadi sebanyak 35 pasangan tutur maksim cara, 33 pasangan tutur maksim kualitas, 24 pasangan tutur maksim kuantitas dan 9 pasangan tutur relevansi bukan merupakan kegagalan komunikasi, melainkan bentuk strategi pragmatis untuk membangun kesantunan positif, keakraban sosial, serta menyajikan edukasi keagamaan, medis, dan perkuliahan yang inklusif melalui kelakar jenaka dan istilah gaul. Kata Kunci: Prinsip Kerja Sama, Maksim Percakapan, Paul Grice, Pragmatik, TikTok Live. **** This study aims to describe and identify the forms of observance and non-observance of the cooperative principle based on the maxims of quantity, quality, relevance, and manner in spontaneous oral conversations between Maxwell Salvador and Kaditya Rakan on TikTok live streaming. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The research data consists of oral speech fragments transcribed from a single video recording. Data collection techniques apply observational, documentation, and note-taking methods. The results of the pragmatic analysis on a total of 692 data points, which for each maxim includes 173 speech pairs of observance and non-observance from 436 single utterances, show that the observance of the cooperative principle significantly dominates the speech events with 591 data points compared to forms of non-observance with 101 data points. Observance of the maxim of relevance records the highest frequency with 164 speech pairs, followed by the maxim of quantity with 149 speech pairs, the maxim of quality with 140 speech pairs, and the lowest being the maxim of manner with 138 speech pairs. This high characteristic of compliance is significantly influenced by the academic identity of both speakers as intellectual representations of gen-Z. Conversely, the non-observance of maxims, which occurs in 35 speech pairs for the maxim of manner, 33 speech pairs for the maxim of quality, 24 speech pairs for the maxim of quantity, and 9 speech pairs for the maxim of relevance, is not a communication failure, but rather a pragmatic strategy to build positive politeness and social intimacy, as well as to present inclusive religious, medical, and academic education through witty humor and slang terms.
