Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan pelatihan teknisi pemeliharaan Overhead Crane yang lebih terstruktur, terdokumentasi, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan kompetensi serta aspek Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain program pelatihan pemeliharaan Overhead Crane berbasis kompetensi dan K3, serta mengetahui kelayakan produk berdasarkan validasi ahli. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model 4D yang terdiri dari tahapan Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, profil peserta, angket Training Need Analysis (TNA), dan validasi ahli. Produk yang dikembangkan terdiri atas training matrix, silabus pelatihan, training plan, instrumen penilaian peserta, form feedback, dan kalender pelatihan. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan bahwa produk memperoleh skor 95 dari skor maksimal 105 dengan persentase kelayakan sebesar 90% dan termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa desain program pelatihan pemeliharaan Overhead Crane berbasis kompetensi dan K3 untuk teknisi layak digunakan. ***** This research is motivated by the need for a more structured and documented training program for Overhead Crane maintenance technicians that aligns with competency requirements and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) aspects. This study aims to produce a competency and OSH based design for an Overhead Crane maintenance training program and to determine the product’s feasibility based on expert validation. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the 4D model, which consists of the Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. Data were collected through interviews, participant profiles, Training Need Analysis (TNA) questionnaires, and expert validation. The developed product consists of a training matrix, training syllabus, training plan, participant assessment instrument, feedback form, and training calendar. The expert validation results showed that the product obtained a score of 95 out of a maximum score of 105, with a feasibility percentage of 90%, placing it in the highly feasible category. These results indicate that the competency and OSH based Overhead Crane maintenance training program design for technicians is feasible for use.
