Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keberfungsian keluarga terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis pada strawberry generation. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 417 individu generasi strawberry yang berada pada tahap dewasa awal yang berusia 18-30 tahun di Indonesia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari Psychological Well-Being Short Scale (PWB) yang dikembangkan oleh Humaidah dan Mulyono (2025) berdasarkan teori kesejahteraan psikologis Ryff dan Keyes (1995), serta Family Assessment Device-General Functioning Scale (FAD-GF) yang dikembangkan oleh Ardhiani, Handoyo, dan Retnowati (2024) berdasarkan teori keberfungsian keluarga yang dikemukakan oleh Epstein, Baldwin, dan Bishop (1983). Hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear menunjukkan bahwa keberfungsian keluarga berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,247, yang berarti keberfungsian keluarga memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,7% terhadap kesejahteraan psikologi sehingga temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam upaya pencegahan berbagai permasalahan kesehatan mental melalui peningkatan kesejahteraan psikologis generasi strawberry dengan penguatan keberfungsian keluarga. Kata Kunci: Keberfungsian Keluarga, Kesejahteraan Psikologis, Generasi Strawberry. ***** This study aims to examine the influence of family functioning on psychological well-being among the “strawberry generation.” This study employed a quantitative method involving 417 individuals from the “strawberry generation” in early adulthood, aged 18-30 years, in Indonesia. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling via convenience sampling. The research instruments used consist of the Psychological Well-Being Short Scale (PWB) developed by Humaidah and Mulyono (2025) based on the psychological well-being theory of Ryff and Keyes (1995), as well as the Family Assessment Device-General Functioning Scale (FAD-GF) developed by Ardhiani, Handoyo, and Retnowati (2024) based on the family functioning theory proposed by Epstein, Baldwin, and Bishop (1983). The results of data analysis using linear regression analysis indicate that family functioning influences psychological well-being. This is indicated by an R-squared value of 0.247, which means that family functioning contributes 24.7% to psychological well-being; thus, the findings of this study are expected to contribute to efforts to prevent various mental health problems by improving the psychological well-being of the “strawberry generation” through the strengthening of family functioning.
