Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diferensiasi diri terhadap sikap terhadap pernikahan pada dewasa awal di Jakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis yaitu uji regresi linear sederhana. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur diferensiasi diri adalah The Brief DSI dan untuk mengukur sikap terhadap pernikahan adalah Marital Attitude Scale. Tekniki penentuan sampel yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini melibatkan 209 responden yang merupakan dewasa awal berdomisili di Jakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh diferensiasi diri terhadap sikap terhadap pernikahan secara signifikan. Pengaruh yang diberikan sebesar 13,9% dan memiliki arah pengaruh yang positif dengan artian bahwa semakin tinggi diferensiasi diri maka semakin positif juga sikap terhadap pernikahan nya. ***** This study aimed to examine the influence of diferensiasi diri onn attitudes towards marriage among young adults in Jakarta. This research employed a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis to test the proposed hypothesis. Self-differentiation was measured using The Brief DSI, while attitudes toward marriage were assessed using the Marital Attitude Scale (MAS). Participants were selected through a purposive sampling technique. A total of 209 emerging adults residing in Jakarta participated in this study. The results indicated that diferensiasi diri significantly influenced attitudes toward marriage. Self-differentiation accounted for 13.9% of the variance in attitudes toward marriage and showed a positive effect, indicating that higher levels of self-differentiation were associated with more positive attitudes toward marriage.
