Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital, kapabilitas digital, dan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja usaha UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian dilatarbelakangi oleh fluktuasi pendapatan UMKM kuliner di wilayah tersebut selama 2019–2024, di tengah tingginya jumlah unit usaha yang tidak selalu diikuti peningkatan kinerja secara merata, serta masih rendahnya literasi dan kapabilitas digital pelaku UMKM secara nasional. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal, dengan populasi 8.292 UMKM kuliner di Jakarta Barat dan sampel 170 responden yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert 1–5, baik secara daring maupun luring, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil uji instrumen menunjukkan seluruh item valid dan reliabel, sementara uji asumsi klasik menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal serta bebas dari multikolinearitas dan heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital, kapabilitas digital, dan orientasi kewirausahaan masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha, dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,713 + 0,246X1 + 0,171X2 + 0,176X3 + ε . Ketiga variabel secara bersama-sama menjelaskan 32,8% variasi kinerja usaha. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kemampuan digital dan sikap kewirausahaan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan, profitabilitas, dan daya saing UMKM kuliner. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan digital dan pendampingan kewirausahaan bagi pelaku UMKM. **** This study analyzes the effect of digital literacy, digital capability, and entrepreneurial orientation on the business performance of culinary MSMEs in West Jakarta. The research is motivated by fluctuating income among culinary MSMEs during 2019–2024, where a high number of business units was not always accompanied by an even improvement in performance, as well as the generally low level of digital literacy and capability among MSME actors nationwide. A quantitative causal-associative approach was employed, with a population of 8,292 culinary MSMEs in West Jakarta and a sample of 170 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Primary data were collected via a 1–5 Likert-scale questionnaire, both online and offline, and analyzed using multiple linear regression in SPSS. Instrument tests confirmed all items were valid and reliable, while classical assumption tests showed the data were normally distributed and free from multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. Hypothesis testing showed that digital literacy, digital capability, and entrepreneurial orientation each had a positive and significant effect on business performance, with the equation Y = 8.713 + 0.246X1 + 0.171X2 + 0.176X3 + ε . Together, the three variables explained 32.8% of the variation in performance. These findings underscore the importance of digital ability and entrepreneurial attitude in driving sales growth, profitability, and competitiveness among culinary MSMEs.
