Abstract

Penelitian e-modul bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengetahui kelayakan media pembelajaran e-modul pada trainer PLC untuk mata pelajaran Sistem Kendali Industri di SMKN 11 Kota Bekasi. Latar belakang penelitian e-modul pada trainer PLC adalah masih terbatasnya media pembelajaran yang mampu menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik pada penggunaan trainer PLC dan Android-HMI, sehingga peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami konsep serta pelaksanaan praktikum. Penelitian e-modul menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan berupa e-modul berbasis flipbook yang memuat materi PLC, HMI, elektro pneumatik, video pembelajaran, latihan soal, dan jobsheet praktikum yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat digital. Uji kelayakan produk dilakukan melalui validasi ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli desain pembelajaran serta uji coba kepada peserta didik. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan angket dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran e-modul flipbook pada trainer PLC telah diuji ketiga ahli yaitu ahli desain instruksional dengan perolehan skor 82,35%, ahli media 75% dan ahli materi 93,52%, ketiga skor berada pada rentang layak. Selanjutnya hasil uji coba pengguna secara one to one dengan skor 91,66% dan small group dengan skor 88,70%, hasil kedua uji coba berada pada kategori sangat layak. ***** This study aims to develop and determine the feasibility of an e-module learning media for a PLC trainer in the Industrial Control Systems subject at SMKN 11 Kota Bekasi. The development of the e-module was motivated by the limited availability of learning media capable of bridging the gap between theory and practice in the use of PLC trainers and Android-HMI, causing students to experience difficulties in understanding concepts and conducting practical activities. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model, which consists of the stages of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The product developed was a flipbook-based emodule containing PLC, HMI, and electro-pneumatic materials, learning videos, practice exercises, and practical worksheets that can be accessed through digital devices. The feasibility of the product was evaluated through validation by subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts, as well as user trials involving students. The research data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed descriptively using a quantitative approach with a Likert scale. The results showed that the flipbook-based e-module for the PLC trainer was validated by three experts, obtaining a score of 82.35% from the instructional design expert, 75.00% from the media expert, and 93.52% from the subject matter expert, with all scores falling within the feasible category. Furthermore, the user trials yielded a score of 91.66% in the one-to-one evaluation and 88.70% in the small-group evaluation, both of which were categorized as highly feasible.
