Abstract

Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah-Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (MKKS- SMK)(2018) Kabupaten Bekasi melaksanakan tes pengetahuan Materi pokok Kurikulum 2013 dengan rata-rata perolehan nilai wakil Kepala Sekolah sangat kurang. Menurut Wakil Kepala sekolah bidang Kurikulum tenaga pembelajar di kabupaten sangat membutuhkan pelatihan dan pendampingan Kurikulum 2013 SMK. Mengingat tenaga pendidik (Pembelajar, Wakil, dan Kepala sekolah, mempunyai kesibukan dalam tugasnya, maka perlu dilaksanakan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan cara yang lebih fleksibel (tidak terlalu sering meninggalkan tugas). Sehubungan dengan permasalahan di atas peneliti ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan penerapan pemahaman manajemen kurikulum SMK melalui pelatihan berbasis ”blended learning” dengan alat bantu pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang di pilih adalah bentuk penelitian Partisipatory Action Research (PAR). Sampel yang diambil secara purposive berjumlah 103 peserta, terdiri dari 26 kepala sekolah, 38 Wakil kurikulum, dan 39 guru dari berbagai sekolah kejuruan di Kabupaten Bekasi., Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen Kurikulum 2013 berbasis Blended learning dapat meningkatkan penerapan pemahaman menejemen Kurikulum 2013 berdasarkan hasil belajar dan skor yang diperoleh pada tes akhir dibandingkan tes awal baik kelas pembelajar, kelas Wakil, Kelas Kepala sekolah. (2) meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran baik kelas pembelajar kelas Wakil maupun kelas Kepala sekolah, (3) meningkatkan daya tarik pembelajaran baik kelas pembelajar (guru) kelas Wakil maupun kelas Kepala sekolah According to the MKKS-SMK(2018) Bekasi regency, doing a content test for the “Kurikulum 2013 SMK” for Vice Prnciple, with the following results: The subject matter of the curriculum for Vice principal get a score very insufficient, according to the Vice Principal in the Bekasi district who needed training and mentoring management of “Kurikulum 2013 SMK”. Considering educators (Teacher, vice principals, and Principals, must be busy in their duties, it is necessary to coneduct training and mentoring in a more flexible way based on the problem above, This action research aims, improvement, application, management, vocational schools, through training based, "blended learning" with the tools of developing learning . The type of research chosen is Participatory action research (PAR). The samples which taken purposively are numbered 103 participants, consisted of 26 principals, 38 school curriculum manager, and 39 teachers from various vocational schools in Bekasi District. The results showed that: (1) Training and management assistance in 2013 curriculum based on Blended learning can improve the application of management understanding of curriculum 2013 measured from the learning outcomes and scores obtained on the post- test compared to the pree- test, class of teachers, Vice principle and Class of Principal; (2) increase the efficiency of learning of the class of learners (teachers) Vice principal class and Principal class (3) increase the attractiveness (appeal) of learning both the class of learners (teacher), Vice principal and Principal .
