Abstract

Putri Anggreini, Dukungan Sosial dan Literasi Finansial dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan pada Generasi Sandwich (Studi Kasus: Karyawan Oseng Endok Condet). Skripsi: Program Studi Pendidikan Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2026. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk dukungan sosial dan pemahaman literasi finansial dalam mendukung kesejahteraan keuangan pada karyawan Oseng Endok Condet yang termasuk dalam generasi sandwich. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan dokumentasi. Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Oseng Endok Condet yang memiliki tanggung jawab finansial terhadap diri sendiri sekaligus keluarga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial yang diterima karyawan meliputi dukungan emosional, dukungan penghargaan, dukungan instrumental, dan dukungan informasi. Dukungan tersebut membantu karyawan menghadapi tekanan ekonomi, meningkatkan motivasi kerja, serta memperkuat kemampuan mereka dalam menjalankan tanggung jawab finansial. Selain itu, literasi finansial karyawan tercermin melalui pemahaman mengenai keuangan pribadi, kebiasaan menabung, asuransi, dan investasi, meskipun penerapannya masih dipengaruhi oleh pendapatan, kebutuhan keluarga, dan prioritas ekonomi sehari-hari. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sosial dan literasi finansial memiliki peran penting dalam membantu generasi sandwich mencapai kesejahteraan keuangan. ***** Putri Anggreini, Social Support and Financial Literacy in the Financial Well-Being of the Sandwich Generation (A Case Study of Employees at Oseng Endok Condet). This study aims to identify the forms of sosial support and financial literacy that support financial well-being among Oseng Endok Condet employees who belong to the sandwich generation. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observation, literature study, and documentation. The key informants in this study were Oseng Endok Condet employees who have financial responsibilities for both themselves and their families. The findings show that the social support received by employees includes emotional support, esteem support, instrumental support, and informational support. These forms of support help employees cope with economic pressure, increase work motivation, and strengthen their ability to fulfill financial responsibilities. In addition, employees’ financial literacy is reflected in their understanding of personal finance, saving habits, insurance, and investment, although its application is still influenced by income, family needs, and daily economic priorities. This study shows that social support and financial literacy play an important role in helping the sandwich generation achieve financial well-being.
