Abstract

***** Digital Employability Resilience (DER) refers to an individual’s ability to adapt and remain resilient in facing changes in an increasingly digitalized work environment. In this study, DER encompasses four dimensions: positive affect, digital literacy, self-efficacy, and perceived organizational support. This study aims to examine the difference in DER levels between Industrial Class and Regular Class students at SMKN 66 Jakarta. A quantitative comparative method was employed, and data were collected through a questionnaire administered to 70 eleventh-grade students in the Hospitality Accomodation Program, consisting of 33 industrial-class students and 37 regular-class students. The Industrial class consisted of Hospitality 1 (PH-1) students who received direct learning experience in a hotel environment during the even semester, while the regular class consisted of Hospitality 2 (PH-2) students who participated in regular school-based learning. The result of the independent sample t-test indicated no significant difference in DER between industrial-class and regular-class students, with a significance value of 0,072 > 0,05. However, descriptive analysis revealed that industrial-class students had a higher mean DER score (x ̅ = 99,79) than regular-class students (x ̅ = 93,59). Furthermore, Cohen’s d yielded a value of 0,44, indicating a small-to-moderate effect size. Thus, differences in the characteristics of learning implementation between Industrial Class and Regular Class have not resulted in a statiscally significant difference in DER. Keywords: digital employability resilience, industrial class, regular class, voactional eduaction
