Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan instrumen etika profesi guru dan menguji validitas konstruk alat ukur etika profesi guru yang di modifikasi dari instrumen Yael Fisher dengan merujuk dimensi dan indikator yang dikembangkan dan disesuaikan dengan kondisi yang ada di Indonesia untuk menilai etika profesi guru sekolah dasar negeri di Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) second order dengan bantuan M-Plus. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 437 guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang berada di wilayah DKI jakarta. Hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum item- item dalam Etika Profesi Guru dimensi personal value, social value dan universal value sudah mengukur konstruk yang didefinisikan (unidimensional). Koefisien muatan faktor untuk item pengukuran etika profesi guru berada pada nilai t > 1.96 artinya item tersebut signifikan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkant model faktor yang fit dengan Chi-square = 3443.779 *, df = 1221, P-value = 0.0000, RMSEA = 0.065 , CFI = 0.908, menyatakan bahwa model ini sudah fit dengan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru sekolah dasar negeri di DKI Jakarta memiliki etika profesi kategori baik ada 92.67%, dengan demikian memberikan kesimpulan bahwa etika profesi guru sekolah dasar negeri termasuk dalam kategori baik. The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument of teacher professional ethics and test the construct validity of teacher professional ethics measuring instruments modified from the Yael Fisher instrument by referring to dimensions and indicators developed and adapted to existing conditions in Indonesia to assess the professional ethics of public elementary school teachers in Jakarta Capital Special Region. The analytical method used in this study is the second order Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with the help of M-Plus. The study sample consisted of 437 Public Elementary School teachers in the DKI Jakarta area. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that in general the items in the Teacher's Professional Ethics have measured a defined (unidimensional) construct. The factor load coefficient for the item measuring teacher professional ethics is at t> 1.96, meaning that the item is significant. The results also show the factor model that is fit with Chi-square = 3443,779 *, df = 1221, P-value = 0.0000, RMSEA = 0.065, CFI = 0.908, stating that this model is fit with the data. The results showed that public elementary school teachers in DKI Jakarta had a good professional ethics category of 92.67%, were included in the good category.
