Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kelekatan secure ibu terhadap kemampuan membangun hubungan positif pada emerging adulthood. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 576 individu berusia 18–29 tahun yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik non- probability sampling dengan metode convenience sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara daring melalui Google Form. Variabel kelekatan secure ibu diukur menggunakan Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA) Mother Version yang dikembangkan oleh Armsden dan Greenberg (2009), sedangkan kemampuan membangun hubungan positif diukur menggunakan Positive Relationship Inventory (PRIM+19) yang dikembangkan oleh Vilca et al. (2023). Data dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 melalui uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment dan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan secure ibu berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan membangun hubungan positif pada emerging adulthood (R = 0,234; p < 0,001). Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi kelekatan secure ibu, maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan individu dalam membangun hubungan positif pada fase emerging adulthood.Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa nilai R² = 0,055. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kelekatan secure ibu memberikan kontribusi sebesar 5,5% terhadap kemampuan membangun hubungan positif, sedangkan 94,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian. A quantitative approach was employed. The sample consisted of 576 individuals aged 18–29, selected using a non-probability convenience sampling technique. Data collection was conducted online via Google Forms. Secure attachment to the mother was measured using the Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment (IPPA)—Mother Version developed by Armsden and Greenberg (2009), while the ability to build positive relationships was measured using the Positive Relationship Inventory (PRIM+19) developed by Vilca et al. (2023). Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 through Pearson Product-Moment correlation and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that secure attachment to the mother has a positive and significant influence on the ability to build positive relationships during emerging adulthood (R = 0.234; p < 0.001). Thus, higher levels of secure attachment to the mother are associated with a greater ability to build positive relationships during the emerging adulthood phase. Additionally, an R² value of 0.055 was found, indicating that secure attachment to the mother contributes 5.5% to the ability to build positive relationships, while 94.5% is influenced by factors outside the scope of this study.
