Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara konten satire politik di media sosial dengan literasi media politik mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 62 mahasiswa PPKN FISH UNJ angkatan 2023 yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket berskala Likert dengan 23 butir pernyataan valid untuk variabel konten satire politik dan 29 butir pernyataan valid untuk variabel literasi media politik. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Pearson Product Moment, uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,853 yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat kuat, dengan persamaan regresi Y ̂ = 12,887 + 1,074X, sementara hasil uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan angka sebesar 0,727 atau 72,7%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konten satire politik di media sosial memiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat dengan literasi media politik mahasiswa PPKN FISH UNJ. ***** This study aims to analyze the relationship between political satire content on social media and the political media literacy of students in the Pancasila dan Civic Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This study employed a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The research sample consisted of 62 PPKN FISH UNJ students from the 2023 cohort, selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire comprising 23 valid items for the political satire content variable and 29 valid items for the political media literacy variable. Data analysis was conducted using Pearson Product Moment correlation test, simple linear regression test, and coefficient of determination test, with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results showed a correlation coefficient of 0.853, which falls into the very strong category, with the regression equation Y ̂ = 12.887 + 1.074X, while the coefficient of determination test yielded a value of 0.727, or 72.7%. Thus, it can be concluded that political satire content on social media has a very strong relationship with the political media literacy of PPKN FISH UNJ students.
