Abstract

Permasalahan sampah menjadi salah satu tantangan dalam mewujudkan lingkungan yang berkelanjutan sehingga diperlukan kolaborasi berbagai pihak dalam pengelolaannya. Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum berperan sebagai agen perubahan melalui berbagai program pengelolaan sampah yang melibatkan masyarakat dan berbagai mitra. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengelola Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum sebagai agen perubahan zero waste. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik purposive sampling. Informan penelitian berjumlah lima orang yang terdiri atas tiga pengelola dan dua nasabah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengelola dilakukan melalui penguatan branding lembaga, pembangunan kepercayaan, penguatan partisipasi melalui komunikasi yang efektif dan fleksibel, serta optimalisasi jejaring kolaborasi. Strategi tersebut membuat Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum suistain hingga saat ini sebagai agen perubahan zero waste. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kolaborasi berperan penting dalam memperkuat peran Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum sebagai agen perubahan serta mendorong keterlibatan berbagai aktor dalam mewujudkan zero waste. ***** The issue of waste is one of the challenges in achieving a sustainable environment, making collaboration among various parties essential for its management. Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum serves as an agent of change through various waste management programs that involve the community and various partners. This study aims to analyze the strategies of the Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum management as an agent of change toward a zero-waste society. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using purposive sampling. The study involved five informants, consisting of three managers and two clients. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results indicate that the management’s strategies involve strengthening the organization’s branding, building trust, enhancing participation through effective and flexible communication, and optimizing collaborative networks. These strategies have enabled the Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum to remain sustainable to this day as an agent of change toward zero waste. This study concludes that collaborative strategies play a crucial role in strengthening the Bank Sampah Induk Rumah Harum’s role as an agent of change and in encouraging the involvement of various stakeholders in achieving zero waste.
