Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari informasi tentang pengaruh efikasi diri dan iklim organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pademangan, Jakarta Utara. Studi menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis jalur. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 304 guru. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 173 guru menggunakan teknik acak sederhana. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan analisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil dari penelitian: (1), ada pengaruh langsung efikasi diri terhadap ocb; (2), ada ada pengaruh langsung iklim organisasi terhadap ocb; (3) ada pengaruh langsung efikasi diri dan iklim organisasi. The purpose of this research is to examine the information about the influence of self efficacy and organizational climate on the organization citizenship behavior (OCB) of elemetary school teachers in Pademangan sub-district, Jakarta Utara. The reserch was conducted using survey method with quantitative approach and path analysis technique. The population of this reseach is 304 teachers. Research samples selected as much as 173 teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis technique. Based on the results of data analiysis in this reserch it is concluded: (1) there was direct positive influence of self efficacy to organizational citizenship behavior; (2) there was direct positive influence of organization climate to organizational citizenship behavior; (3) there was direct positive self efficacy to organization climate.
