Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa pengaruhkan dari penggunaan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning pada materi dinamika litosfer terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X di SMA Kartini 1 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen semu dimana dibaginya sampel kedalam dua kelas yang berbeda, kelas kontrol dan eksperimen dan terbagi dengan 32 siswa setiap kelasnya. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dilapangan juga berupa tes yaitu pre-test dan post-test. Kelas eksperimen akan diberikan perlakuan penggunaan model PjBL sedangkan kelas kontrol menggunakan model konvensional. Hasil menunjukan adanya peningkatan belajar dengan menggunakan model PjBL di kelas eksperimen dan nilai relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas kontrol dimana kelas eksperimen dari nilai 70 menjadi 89 sedangkan kelas kontrol dari nilai 72 menjadi 84. Selain itu, uji hipotesis juga menunjukkan nilai thitung yaitu 2.055 > 1.998 dan nilai sig 0.04 < 0.05. sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh dari penggunaan PjBL terhadap hasil belajar siswa di kelas X SMA Kartini 1 Jakarta pada materi dinamika litosfer. ***** This study aims to see how much influence the use of the Project Based Learning learning model on the material of lithosphere dynamics has on the learning outcomes of class X students at SMA Kartini 1 Jakarta. The method used is a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental approach where the sample is divided into two different classes, the control class and the experiment class and divided into 32 students each class. Data collection techniques with field observations are also in the form of tests, namely pre-test and post-test. The experimental class will be given treatment using the PjBL model while the control class uses the conventional model. The results show an increase in learning by using the PjBL model in the experimental class and relatively higher scores compared to the control class where the experimental class from 70 to 89 while the control class from 72 to 84. In addition, the hypothesis test also shows a tcount value of 2.055> 1.998 and a sig value of 0.04 <0.05. so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the use of PjBL on student learning outcomes in class X SMA Kartini 1 Jakarta on the material of lithosphere dynamics.
