Abstract
***** This study aims to analyze the effects of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment, and Perceived Ease of Use on Satisfaction and Continuance Intention to Use in the use of Zoom Meeting. The study is based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Expectation Confirmation Modeling (ECM) to explain the factors influencing user satisfaction and continuance intention toward video conferencing applications. This study employed a quantitative approach using a non-probability sampling technique. Data were collected from 404 valid respondents Zoom Meeting users through a six-point Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM SPSS Statistics 29 and IBM SPSS Amos 25 software. The results indicate that Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Enjoyment, and Perceived Ease of Use have positive and significant effects on both Satisfaction and Continuance Intention to Use. However, Satisfaction does not have a significant effect on Continuance Intention to Use. The findings suggest that the perceived usefulness, enjoyment, and ease of use experienced by users are the primary factors driving the continuance use of Zoom Meeting. This study is expected to provide practical implications for video conferencing developers in enhancing user experience by offering useful features, ease of use, and enjoyable user experience.
