Abstract

Transformasi pendidikan abad ke-21 menuntut guru tidak hanya berperan sebagai penyampai pengetahuan, tetapi sebagai agen inovasi yang mampu merancang pembelajaran kreatif, adaptif, dan berbasis teknologi. Perilaku inovatif guru menjadi elemen kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, terutama di tengah percepatan digitalisasi pendidikan. Namun, inovasi guru tidak muncul secara otomatis, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan sekolah, kekuatan psikologis individu, serta kemampuan memanfaatkan teknologi secara pedagogis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, efikasi diri, dan pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) terhadap perilaku inovatif guru SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Sukabumi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional tidak berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. Sebaliknya, efikasi diri dan pemanfaatan TIK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. Kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh signifikan pemanfaatan TIK, dan efikasi diri juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pemanfaatan TIK. Selain itu, pemanfaatan TIK memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap perilaku inovatif guru. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa inovasi guru lebih ditentukan oleh kapasitas psikologis dan kompetensi digital dibandingkan oleh kepemimpinan secara langsung. Secara teoretis, penelitian ini memperkaya model perilaku inovatif dengan menempatkan TIK sebagai mekanisme mediasi strategis. Secara praktis, penguatan efikasi diri dan literasi digital guru menjadi prioritas dalam membangun ekosistem sekolah yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. (*****) The transformation of education in the 21st century requires teachers to not only act as conveyors of knowledge, but also as agents of innovation who are capable of designing creative, adaptive, and technology-based learning. Innovative behaviour by teachers is a key element in improving the quality of learning, especially amid the acceleration of digitalization in education. However, teacher innovation does not occur automatically but is influenced by factors such as school leadership, individual psychological strength, and the ability to utilize technology pedagogically. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on the innovative behaviour of public high school teachers in Sukabumi Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method and was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership did not have a significant direct effect on teachers' innovative behaviour. Conversely, self-efficacy and ICT utilization had a positive and significant effect on teachers' innovative behaviour. Transformational leadership has a significant effect on ICT utilization, and self-efficacy also has a significant effect on ICT utilization. In addition, ICT utilization mediates the influence of transformational leadership and self-efficacy on teachers' innovative behaviour. These findings indicate that teacher innovation is more determined by psychological capacity and digital competence than by leadership directly. Theoretically, this study enriches the innovative behaviour model by placing ICT as a strategic mediating mechanism. Practically, strengthening teachers' self-efficacy and digital literacy is a priority in building an innovative and sustainable school ecosystem.
