Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se kecamatan Johar Baru, Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Responden penelitian adalah guru sekolah menengah pertama negeri se kecamatan Johar Baru, Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 71 guru yang diambil dengan teknik acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner skala rating dan analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, ada pengaruh positif dari efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru. Kedua, ada pengaruh positif kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi guru. Ketiga, ada pengaruh positif efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap kepercayaan guru. Oleh karena itu untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi guru, efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kepercayaan harus ditingkatkan. Kata kunci : Efektivitas Kepemimpinan, Kepercayaan, Motivasi Berprestasi. The objective of this research is to analysis the effect of leadership effectiveness and trust on teacher's achievement motivation of State Junior High School at Johar Baru Sub District, Central Jakarta. This research using quantitative approach with survey method. Total samples using in this research 71 teachers that selected through simple random sampling. Data collecting using questionnaire with rating scale and data analysis with path analysis. The results of the research showed: Firtsly, there is a positive effect of leadership effectiveness on teacher's achievement motivation. Second, there is a positive effect of trust on teacher's achievement motivation. Third, there is a positive effect of leadership effectiveness on teacher's trust. Therefore to increase teacher achievement motivation, leadership effectiveness and trust need to be improved. Keywords: leadership effectiveness, trust, achievement motivation.
