Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi reaksi peserta terhadap pelaksanaan Program Pelatihan Kejuruan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) di P4 JUKS menggunakan Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick Level 1 (Reaction). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan evaluatif dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif yang didukung data kualitatif. Responden terdiri atas 20 siswa SMK peserta pelatihan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Data kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif persentase, sedangkan wawancara dan observasi digunakan untuk memperkuat hasil melalui triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan reaksi peserta terhadap tujuh aspek pelaksanaan pelatihan memperoleh persentase keseluruhan sebesar 92,14% dengan kategori sangat baik. Aspek materi memperoleh capaian tertinggi sebesar 94,80%, sedangkan fasilitas memperoleh capaian terendah sebesar 83,80%. Dalam batas evaluasi Kirkpatrick Level 1, temuan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memberikan reaksi sangat positif dan memiliki tingkat kepuasan tinggi terhadap aspek yang dievaluasi. Hasil evaluasi dapat digunakan sebagai umpan balik untuk mempertahankan aspek yang dinilai positif dan memprioritaskan peningkatan fasilitas pelatihan.***** This study aimed to evaluate participants’ reactions to the implementation of the Office Management and Business Services (MPLB) Vocational Training Program at P4 JUKS using the Kirkpatrick Level 1 (Reaction) Evaluation Model. The study employed an evaluative approach with a descriptive quantitative method supported by qualitative data. The respondents consisted of 20 vocational high school students participating in the training. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. Questionnaire data were analyzed using descriptive percentage statistics, while interview and observation data were used to strengthen the findings through triangulation. The results showed that participants’ reactions to the seven evaluated aspects achieved an overall percentage of 92.14%, categorized as very good. The training material aspect achieved the highest score of 94.80%, while the facilities aspect received the lowest score of 83.80%. Within the scope of Kirkpatrick Level 1 evaluation, the findings indicate that participants showed highly positive reactions and a high level of satisfaction with the evaluated aspects. The evaluation results can serve as feedback for maintaining positively rated aspects and prioritizing improvements to training facilities.
