Abstract
Penelitian ini menganalisis kebutuhan driver berdasarkan beban kerja unloading kendaraan Completely Built Up (CBU) pada operasional terminal kendaraan. Lonjakan volume import kendaraan tahun2025 berdampak pada peningkatan aktivitas bongkar muat yang tidak diimbangi dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang memadai, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kelelahan kerja dan menurunnya produktivitas. Penelitian menggunakan mixed methode dengan design sequential explanatory, menggabungkan perhitungan kuantitatif Workload Analysis (WLA) dan Full Time Equivalent (FTE) serta wawancara mendalam kepada 6 driver operasional internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi lonjakan volume, rata-rata kendaraan yang ditangani meningkat dari 700 unit menjadi 1.000 unit per shift dengan waktu penyelesaian bertambah dari 10 jam menjadi 16 jam. Perhitungan WLA menghasilkan nilai 1,333 yang mengindikasikan beban kerja overload. Aktivitas dooring menjadi kontributor beban kerja tertinggi dengan nilai FTE 5,902. Berdasarkan perhitungan FTE dengan nilai 16%, kebutuhan driver ideal dalam satu grup kerja adalah 8 orang. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penataan ulang distribusi tugas, sistem rotasi yang terstruktur, serta penerapan manajemen kelelahan untuk menjaga efektivitas operasional dan keselamatan kerja.****This study analyzes driver requirements based on the workload associated with unloading Completely Built-Up (CBU) vehicles during terminal operations. A projected surge in vehicle import volumes for 2025 is expected to increase loading and unloading activities without a commensurate increase in the workforce, potentially leading to worker fatigue and reduced productivity. The study employs a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative calculations specifically Workload Analysis (WLA) and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) with in-depth interviews involving six international operations drivers. The results indicate that during volume surges, the average number of vehicles handled per shift rises from 700 to 1,000 units, while the completion time extends from 10 to 16 hours. The WLA calculation yields a value of 1.333, indicating an overloaded workload. "Dooring" activities contribute the most to the workload, with an FTE value of 5.902. Based on the FTE calculation, the ideal number of drivers per work group is eight. The study recommends restructuring task distribution, implementing a structured rotation system, and adopting fatigue management practices to maintain operational effectiveness and workplace safety.
