Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pembelajaran Trainer terhadap kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa kelas XI pada mata Pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik di SMKN 2 Bogor. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Quasi Experiment Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 70 siswa kelas XI yang terbagi menjadi dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang diberikan perlakuan pembelajaran menggunakan media Trainer Instalasi Motor Listrik dan kelas kontrol yang tidak diberikan perlakuan pada saat pembelajaran. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari 2 instrumen yang bersifat pretest dan posttest, yaitu instrumen tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur aspek kognitif dan lembar observasi praktikum untuk mengukur nilai psikomotorik siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai posttest pada kelas eksperimen untuk aspek kognitif dan psikomotorik adalah 85,1429 dan 87,3571 , sedangkan pada kelas kontrol sebesar 78,8574 dan 80,6429. Uji paired t-test untuk aspek kognitif dan aspek psikomotorik menunujukan nilai t hitung = 29,870 dan t hitung = 60,250 dengan signifikansi 0,00 < 0,05. Sedangkan untuk Uji-t independent kognitif dan psikomotorik dengan nilai t hitung = 3,195 dan t hitung = 4,507 dengan signifikansi 0,002 pada aspek kognitif dan 0,00 pada aspek psikomotorik < 0,05 dan t hitung > t tabel, maka hipotesis H₁ diterima. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran Trainer Instalasi Motor Listrik terbukti terdapat pengaruh dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotorik siswa kelas XI SMKN 2 Bogor pada mata pelajaran Instalasi Motor Listrik. ***** This study aims to determine the effect of the Trainer learning media on the cognitive and psychomotor abilities of eleventh-grade students in the Electric Motor Installation subject at SMKN 2 Bogor. This study employed a quantitative method with a Quasi-Experimental Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. The sample consisted of 70 eleventh-grade students divided into two classes: the experimental class, which was taught using the Electric Motor Installation Trainer learning media, and the control class, which did not receive the treatment during learning. The research instruments consisted of pretest and posttest instruments, namely a multiple-choice test to measure the cognitive aspect and a practical observation sheet to measure students' psychomotor scores. The analysis results showed that the average posttest scores in the experimental class for the cognitive and psychomotor aspects were 85,1429 and 87,3571, respectively, while in the control class they were 78,8574 and 80,6429. The paired sample t-test for the cognitive and psychomotor aspects showed t-calculated values of 29,870 and 60,250 with a significance of 0,00<0,05. Meanwhile, for the independent sample t-test, the cognitive and psychomotor aspects yielded t-calculated values of 3,195 and 4,507, with a significance of 0,002 for the cognitive aspect and 0,00 for the psychomotor aspect (both <0,05), and since t_{calculated}\gt t_{table}, hypothesis H_{1} is accepted. Thus, the Electric Motor Installation Trainer learning media is proven to have an effect in improving the cognitive and psychomotor abilities of eleventh-grade students at SMKN 2 Bogor in the Electric Motor Installation subject.
