Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh rekrutmen, kompetensi, dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja anggota DPR RI periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor DPR/MPR RI di Senayan Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei dan teknik analisis jalur. Penggunaan metode survei dimaksudkan untuk menerangkan atau menggambarkan fenomena yang sedang dipelajari mengenai beberapa variabel yang mempengaruhi dalam suatu diagram jalur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 560 anggota DPR RI periode 2014-2019. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan terhadap 233 anggota DPR RI periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini mendapatkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif rekrutmen anggota DPR RI terhadap kinerja, (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kompetensi anggota DPR RI terhadap kinerja, (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dari komitmen organisasi DPR RI terhadap kinerja, (4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dari perekrutan DPR RI terhadap komitmen, (5) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif dari kompetensi DPR RI terhadap komitmen organisasi, (6) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif rekrutmen anggota DPR RI terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi, dan (7) Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung positif kompetensi terhadap kinerja melalui komitmen organisasi. ***************************** The purpose of this study was about to study the effect of recruitment, competence and organizational commitment toward the performance of the Indonesian Parliament Members period 2014-2019. The research was conducted in the office of DPR/MPR RI, Jakarta. The research applied by using quantitative approach, survey method, and path analysis. The use of path analysis aimed to explain and describe as well about some kinds of affected variables in path. The population of this research was about 560 members of DPR RI. The deployment of questionnaire addressed to at least 233 members of DPR RI as the sample. Therefore it is simple. The study found more of the following; (1) There was a positive direct effect on the recruitment on performance, (2) There was a positive direct effect of competence on performance, (3) There was a positive direct effect of organizational commitment to performance, (4) There were positive direct effects of recruitment on commitment, (5) There was a positive direct effect of competence on commitment, (6) There was positive indirect effect of member’s recruitment to the performance through organizational commitment, and (7) There was positive indirect effect of competence to the performance of parliament’s members through organizational commitment.
