Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa bahan ajar digital berjudul “Pelatihan Pertolongan Bangunan Runtuh bagi karyawan non BASARNAS”. Bahan ajar digital ini dikembangkan untuk memperkuat pemahaman peserta pelatihan dan berisi 7 materi pokok yang disajikan dalam 3 jenis format media, yaitu Teks Eksplanasi, Infografis, dan Video Presentasi. Pengembangan produk ini menerapkan model 4D yang mencakup empat tahapan utama, yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Kualitas bahan ajar digital yang dihasilkan pada penelitian ini telah melalui proses penilaian ahli dan penilaian pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil review ahli, produk memperoleh skor 90% dari ahli materi dan 100% dari ahli media, yang keduanya masuk dalam kategori "Sangat Baik". Selanjutnya, hasil uji coba pengguna terhadap karyawan non BASARNAS menunjukkan nilai sebesar 94,43% dengan kategori "Sangat Baik", serta mengindikasikan bahwa peserta tidak mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami materi. Melalui serangkaian penilaian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa bahan ajar digital ini sangat layak untuk digunakan sebagai media dalam Pelatihan Pertolongan Bangunan Runtuh bagi karyawan non BASARNAS. ***** This research and development aims to produce a digital instructional material titled “Pelatihan Pertolongan Bangunan Runtuh” (Collapsed Building Rescue Training) targeted at non BASARNAS employees. This digital instructional material was developed to strengthen the participants' understanding during the training and consists of 7 core topics presented in 3 types of media formats: Explanatory Text, Infographics, and Video Presentations. The product development applied the 4D model, which includes four main stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The quality of the digital instructional material produced in this study has gone through expert and user evaluation processes. Based on the expert review results, the product achieved a score of 90% from the material expert and 100% from the media expert, both falling into the "Very Good" category. Furthermore, the user trial conducted with 17 non BASARNAS employees showed a score of 94.43% in the "Very Good" category, indicating that the participants encountered no difficulty in understanding the material. Through this series of evaluations, it can be concluded that this digital instructional material is highly feasible for use as a medium in the Collapsed Building Rescue Training for non BASARNAS employees.
