Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya akademik dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja dosen Institut Ilmu Sosial dan Manajemen-STIAMI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik survey untuk menguji hipotesis, hubungan kausal ke empat variabel. Responden penelitian berjumlah 150 dosen, sebagai sampel dari populasi 169 dosen, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Total Sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen, kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya akademik, stres kerja dan produktivitas kerja yang telah divalidasi itemnya dengan Product Moment, sedangkan reliabilitas diukur dengan Alpha Cronbach. Pengujian hipotesis hubungan kausal menggunakan analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas kerja (2) budaya akademik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap produktivitas, (3) stres kerja berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap produktivitas kerja dosen, (4) kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja, (5) budaya akademik berpengaruh langsung negatif terhadap stres kerja. (6) berpengaruh tidak langsung kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui stres kerja, (7) berpengaruh tidak langsung budaya akademik terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui stres kerja. Temuan hasil penelitian berupa analisis tentang pola pengembangan produktivitas kerja dosen melalui pemanfaatan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi (TIK). Model penguatan produktivitas kerja dosen di dukung implementasi kepemimpinan transformasional melalui teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dapat memicu pelaksanaan tugas dosen lebih dinamis, inovatif, kreatif dan produktif dalam melaksanakan kegiatan tri dharma perguruan tinggi. Implikasi dan kontribusi dalam penelitian ini adalah upaya mengembangkan produktivitas dosen untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kepemimpinan transformasional dan membangun budaya akademik dengan memanfaatkan tekonologi, komunikasi dan informasi digital sebagai media yang dapat membantu mengefektifkan kegiatan akademik dosen secara produktif dalam kegiatan pendidikan, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Akademik, Stres Kerja, Produktivitas Kerja. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership transformational, academic culture and stress on the work productivity of lecturers at the Institute of Social Sciences and Management-STIAMI Jakarta. This study uses quantitative research methods with survey techniques to test hypotheses, causal relationships with four variables. The research respondents numbered 150 lecturers, as a sample of a population of 169 lecturers, the sampling technique used the Total Sampling Technique. Data is collected through instruments, transformational leadership, academic culture, work stress and work productivity which items are validated by Product Moment, while reliability is measured by Cronbach's Alpha. Test the hypothesis of causal relationships using path analysis. The results showed: (1) transformational leadership had a direct positive effect on work productivity (2) academic culture had a direct positive effect on productivity, (3) work stress had a direct negative effect on lecturer work productivity, (4) transformational leadership had a direct negative effect on stress work, (5) academic culture has a direct negative effect on work stress. (6) the indirect effect of transformational leadership on work productivity through work stress, (7) the indirect effect of academic culture on work productivity through work stress. The findings of the research are in the form of an analysis of the pattern of developing lecturer work productivity through the use of technology, information and communication (ICT). The model of strengthening the work productivity of lecturers is supported by the implementation of transformational leadership through technology, information and communication (ICT) that can trigger the implementation of lecturers' tasks more dynamically, innovatively, creatively and productively in carrying out the tri dharma activities of higher education The implications and contributions in this research are efforts to develop lecturer productivity to improve the effectiveness of transformational leadership and build academic culture by utilizing digital technology, communication and information as media that can help to make lecturers' academic activities more effective in educational, research and community service activities.
