Abstract

Berdasarkan pra-riset pada Yayasan Waqfiyah Perguruan Al-Khairiyah, pengelolaan keuangan telah berjalan, namun belum memiliki Prosedur Operasional Standar (POS) dan Pedoman Kebijakan Akuntansi sebagai acuan tertulis yang baku. Kondisi ini menyebabkan proses pengelolaan keuangan belum sepenuhnya terdokumentasi secara sistematis dan seragam. Proyek ini bertujuan untuk merancang POS Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Pedoman Kebijakan Akuntansi yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan Yayasan Waqfiyah Perguruan Al-Khairiyah agar dapat menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas keuangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan produk ini adalah model ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga tahap Development, yang mencakup analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, serta validasi oleh ahli. Proses tersebut dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa produk yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan organisasi dan dapat diterapkan secara praktis. Hasil dari proyek ini berupa tujuh belas POS Pengelolaan Keuangan, satu buku Pedoman Kebijakan Akuntansi, serta aplikasi Microsoft Excel sebagai alat bantu pencatatan keuangan. POS mengatur berbagai alur proses pengelolaan keuangan secara lebih rinci dan terstruktur, sedangkan Pedoman Kebijakan Akuntansi memuat kebijakan terkait pengakuan, pengukuran, penyajian, dan pengungkapan transaksi keuangan. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa produk yang dikembangkan berada pada kategori layak hingga sangat layak untuk digunakan. Dengan demikian, produk ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengelolaan keuangan Yayasan yang lebih sistematis, konsisten, transparan, dan akuntabel. ***** Based on preliminary research at the Al-Khairiyah Educational Waqf Foundation, financial management is already in place; however, there are no Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or Accounting Policy Guidelines serving as standardized written references. As a result, the financial management process has not yet been fully documented in a systematic and uniform manner. This project aims to develop a Financial Management POS and Accounting Policy Guidelines tailored to the needs of the Yayasan Waqfiyah Perguruan Al-Khairiyah to serve as a guide for the implementation of financial activities. The method used in the development of this product was the ADDIE model, limited to the Development phase, which includes needs analysis, design, development, and validation by experts. This process was carried out to ensure that the resulting product meets the organization’s needs and can be applied in practice. The outcomes of this project include seventeen Financial Management Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), one Accounting Policy Manual, and a Microsoft Excel application as a tool for financial record-keeping. The SOPs outline various financial management processes in greater detail and in a more structured manner, while the Accounting Policy Manual sets forth policies regarding the recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of financial transactions. The validation results show that the developed product falls into the “acceptable” to “highly acceptable” categories for use. As such, this product is expected to support more systematic, consistent, transparent, and accountable financial management at the Foundation.
