Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan menghasilkan job aid digital sebagai intervensi non-instruksional peningkatan kinerja pembaharuan kurikulum dan silabus untuk Tim Kerja Penjaminan Mutu Pengembangan Kompetensi di Pusbangkom MKMB. Pengembangan produk berjudul “Job Aid Pembaharuan Kurikulum dan Silabus Pelatihan Teknis Kementerian Agama RI” ini didasarkan pada analisis kebutuhan dan masalah yang terjadi. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menerapkan 8 tahapan pengembangan job aid menurut Joe Willmore yang sudah dimodifikasi, meliputi: (1) Collect Task and Performer Data, (2) Confirm Appropriateness, (3) Determine Training Support, (4) Select Format, (5) Design and Develop, (6) Validate & Troubleshoot (4 iterasi), (7) Implement, dan (8) Maintain and Upgrade. Dalam proses pengembangannya, job aid telah melalui proses evaluasi formatif ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil uji kelayakan ahli materi mendapat kategori sangat baik (skor 3,93) dan dengan ahli media juga mendapat kategori sangat baik (skor 3,93). Hasil uji coba dengan lima pengguna (one-to-one) mendapat kategori sangat baik (skor 3,49). Secara keseluruhan hasil uji kelayakan ahli dan uji coba pengguna dapat disimpulkan bahwa job aid ini efektif untuk digunakan dalam pelaksanaan tugas pembaharuan kurikulum dan silabus di Pusbangkom MKMB Kementerian Agama RI. ***** This This development research aims to produce a digital job aid as a non-instructional intervention to improve performance in curriculum and syllabus renewal for the Tim kerja Penjaminan Mutu Pengembangan Kompetensi at Pusbangkom MKMB. The development of this product, titled "Job Aid Pembaharuan Kurikulum dan Silabus Pelatihan Teknis Kementerian Agama RI", was based on a needs assessment and problem analysis. The development model applied in this study utilizes a modified version of Joe Willmore's eight-stage job aid development model, which includes collecting task and performer data, confirming appropriateness, determining training support, selecting format, designing and developing, validating and troubleshooting (consisting of four iterations), implementing, as well as maintaining and upgrading. During the development process, the job aid underwent a formative evaluation by material and media experts. The feasibility test results from the material expert fell into the "excellent" category with a score of 3.93, and the evaluation from the media expert also achieved the "excellent" category with a score of 3.93. Furthermore, the user trial conducted with five participants (one-to-one) received an "excellent" rating with a score of 3.49. Overall, based on the expert feasibility tests and user trials, it can be concluded that this job aid is effective for use in executing curriculum and syllabus renewal tasks at Pusbangkom MKMB, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.
