Abstract

Pelatihan vokasional pengelasan bagi peserta disabilitas sensorik memerlukan media pembelajaran yang mampu menyajikan informasi teknis secara visual, sistematis, dan aksesibel. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan video microlearning berbahasa isyarat pada materi Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) posisi 1F serta mengetahui tingkat kelayakannya sebagai media pendukung pelatihan vokasional. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Produk yang dikembangkan terdiri atas tiga video microlearning, yaitu persiapan pengelasan fillet posisi 1F, pengaturan parameter pengelasan, dan proses pengelasan fillet posisi 1F. Setiap video dilengkapi bahasa isyarat BISINDO, teks pendukung, demonstrasi praktik, dan tampilan close-up pada prosedur teknis utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, telaah dokumen pelatihan, angket validasi ahli materi, angket validasi ahli media, dan angket uji kelayakan pengguna. Uji coba melibatkan delapan peserta pelatihan di Sentra Terpadu Inten Soewono. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kelayakan sebesar 100% dari ahli materi, 100% dari ahli media, dan 95% dari peserta pelatihan. Seluruh hasil penilaian berada pada kategori sangat layak. Dengan demikian, video microlearning berbahasa isyarat yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai media pendukung pelatihan pengelasan SMAW posisi 1F bagi peserta disabilitas sensorik serta mendukung penyajian materi yang lebih aksesibel, terstruktur, dan mudah dipelajari kembali secara mandiri sesuai kebutuhan. ***** Vocational welding training for participants with sensory disabilities requires learning media that can present technical information visually, systematically, and accessibly. This study aimed to develop sign-language-integrated microlearning videos for Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) in the 1F position and to determine their feasibility as supporting media for vocational training. The study employed a Research and Development approach using the ADDIE model, which consists of the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. The developed product comprised three microlearning videos covering preparation for 1F fillet welding, welding parameter setup, and the 1F fillet welding process. Each video incorporated BISINDO sign language, supporting text, practical demonstrations, and close-up views of essential technical procedures. Data were collected through observation, interviews, training-document review, subject-matter expert validation questionnaires, media expert validation questionnaires, and user feasibility questionnaires. The product trial involved eight trainees at Sentra Terpadu Inten Soewono. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistics. The results showed feasibility scores of 100% from the subject-matter expert, 100% from the media expert, and 95% from the trainees. All assessment results were classified as highly feasible. Therefore, the developed sign-language-integrated microlearning videos are feasible for supporting SMAW 1F welding training for participants with sensory disabilities and provide a more accessible, structured, and independently reviewable presentation of training materials.
