Abstract

Penerapan teknologi informasi menjadi salah satu upaya organisasi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis, termasuk pengelolaan keuangan. Salah satu teknologi yang banyak digunakan adalah Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), yaitu sistem yang mengintegrasikan berbagai proses bisnis dalam satu platform. LM FEB UI mulai menerapkan ERP berbasis Odoo pada proses keuangan sebagai bagian dari transformasi digital organisasi. Namun, implementasi sistem masih memerlukan evaluasi terkait penerapan, kendala, dan penerimaan pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan ERP pada proses keuangan LM FEB UI, mengidentifikasi kendala penggunaan sistem, serta mengetahui penerimaan pengguna terhadap ERP. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem telah membantu proses keuangan menjadi lebih terstruktur, memudahkan pengolahan data, dan mendukung digitalisasi proses. Namun, masih terdapat kendala berupa belum terintegrasinya seluruh proses bisnis, adaptasi pengguna, serta keterbatasan teknis dan fitur. Penerimaan pengguna terhadap sistem menunjukkan kecenderungan positif karena dinilai bermanfaat dan mudah digunakan, meskipun optimalisasi ERP masih memerlukan pengembangan integrasi dan penyempurnaan lebih lanjut. Secara keseluruhan, ERP telah mendukung proses keuangan LM FEB UI dan perlu dikembangkan secara berkelanjutan agar penerapannya lebih optimal. **** The adoption of information technology is one of the ways organizations strive to improve the efficiency of business processes, including financial management. One widely used technology is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), a system that integrates various business processes into a single platform. LM FEB UI has begun implementing an Odoo-based ERP system for its financial processes as part of the organization’s digital transformation. However, the system’s implementation still requires evaluation regarding its deployment, challenges, and user acceptance. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ERP in the financial processes of the LM FEB UI, identify obstacles to using the system, and determine user acceptance of the ERP. This study employs a qualitative approach, using data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the system has helped make financial processes more structured, facilitated data processing, and supported the digitization of processes. However, challenges remain, including the lack of integration across all business processes, user adaption issues, and technical and feature limitations. User acceptance of the system shows a positive trend, as it is considered useful and easy to use, although optimizing the ERP system still requires further integration and refinement. Overall, the ERP system has supported the financial processes at LM FEB UI and needs to be continuously developed to ensure more optimal implementation.
