Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif di tingkat Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini, untuk menciptakan suasana belajar yang ramah anak untuk berkembang secara optimal sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuannya. Pelaksanaannya membutuhkan persepsi positif dari guru tentang pemahaman dan kegiatan pembelajaran yang terkait dengan ke-inklusifan. Namun, adanya persepsi yang bervariasi dari guru, yaitu tingkat pemahaman terkait konsep dan praktik pembelajaran inklusif di PAUD, serta kurangnya dukungan sekolah yang memadai. Di sisi lain, sekolah harus tetap menerima semua anak sebagai upaya memenuhi hak pendidikan tanpa diskriminasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data mengenai persepsi guru PAUD tentang pendidikan inklusif di Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survey, melalui instrumen kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan dihitung reliabilitasnya. Menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling berjumlah 55 responden, yaitu guru TK di Kecamatan Sukmajaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, persepsi guru PAUD tentang pendidikan inklusif berada pada kategori “Tinggi” dalam aspek seleksi, interpretasi, dan respon dengan persentase sebesar 81.82%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa, tingkat persepsi guru PAUD tentang pendidikan inklusif di Kecamatan Sukmajaya tergolong baik, yakni guru telah memiliki pemahaman, sikap, serta kecenderungan yang positif terhadap konsep, implementasi serta pentingnya dukungan sekolah terkait pendidikan inklusif. ***** Inclusive education at the Early Childhood Education level, to create a child-friendly learning atmosphere to develop optimally according to their needs and abilities. Its implementation requires a positive perception from teachers about the understanding and learning activities related to inclusivity. However, there are varying perceptions from teachers, namely the level of understanding related to the concept and practice of inclusive learning in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), as well as the lack of adequate school support. On the other hand, schools must continue to accept all children as an effort to fulfill the right to education without discrimination. This study aims to obtain data on the perceptions of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers about inclusive education in Kecamatan Sukmajaya, Depok. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method, through a questionnaire instrument that has been validated and its reliability calculated. Using a cluster random sampling technique, a total of 55 respondents, namely kindergarten teachers in Sukmajaya District. The results show that, the perception of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers about inclusive education is in the "High" category in the aspects of selection, interpretation, and response with a percentage of 81.82%. It can be concluded that the level of perception of PAUD teachers regarding inclusive education in Kecamatan Sukmajaya is classified as good, namely that teachers have a positive understanding, attitude, and tendency towards the concept, implementation and importance of school support regarding inclusive education.
