Abstract

Kantin Blok M Universitas Negeri Jakarta merupakan fasilitas penunjang yang dimanfaatkan oleh civitas akademika maupun masyarakat umum untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari – hari. Namun, hingga saat ini bekum tersedia aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat mendukung layanan dan pengelolaan kantin secara terintegrasi. Agar implementasi aplikasi dapat berjalan dengan baik, perlu diketahui terlebih dahulu tingkat kesiapan pengguna terhadap penerapan sistem tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesiapan pengguna terhadap penerapan aplikasi berbasis web pada Kantin Blok M Universitas Negeri Jakarta menggunakan metode Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui survei dan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan 115 responden, terdiri atas 8 Badan Pengelola Usaha (BPU), 18 penjual, dan 89 pembeli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor Technology Readiness Index (TRI) secara keseluruhan sebesar 3,55, yang termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan kelompok pengguna, skor kesiapan tertinggi diperoleh kelompok pembeli (3,62), diikuti oleh penjual (3,33), dan Badan Pengelola Usaha (BPU) (3,19). Selain itu, dimensi Optimism memberikan kontribusi tertinggi pada kelompok BPU, sedangkan dimensi innovativeness menunjukkan kontribusi tertinggi pada kelompok pembeli. Setelah dilakukan reverse coding, dimensi Discomfort dan Insecurity menunjukkan bahwa kelompok pembeli memiliki tingkat ketidaknyamanan dan kekhawatiran yang lebih rendah dibandingkan kelompok lainnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum calon pengguna telah siap menerima penerapan aplikasi berbasis web di kantin Blok M Universitas Negeri Jakarta. ***** The Blok M Canteen at the State University of Jakarta (UNJ) is a supporting facility used by students to meet their daily needs. However, information regarding tenants, menus, prices, operating hours, and other canteen-related details is not yet available in a single, easily accessible web-based application. To ensure the proposed web-based application is utilized optimally, it is essential to first assess the users' readiness for the system. This study aims to analyze user readiness regarding the implementation of a web-based application for the Blok M Canteen at UNJ using the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) 2.0 method, employing a quantitative approach via surveys and purposive sampling. The results indicate an overall Technology Readiness Index (TRI) score of 3.55, placing it in the high category. By user group, the highest readiness score was recorded among buyers (3.62), followed by sellers (3.33) and the Business Management Agency/BPU (3.19). The Optimism dimension contributed the most to user readiness, followed by Innovativeness, while the Discomfort and Insecurity dimensions showed relatively low levels of resistance following the reverse coding process. These findings suggest that potential users are ready to adopt the web-based application for the Blok M Canteen at UNJ, although outreach and training remain necessary to ensure successful implementation.
