Abstract
Repetisi kisah Musa as dalam Al-Qur'an terdapat dalam 28 dalil pada 12 surah, yaitu: Hud, Ghafir, az-Zukhruf, Ibrahim, al-A'raf, asy-Syu'ara, Thaha, an-Naml, al-Qashash, an-Nazi'at, al-Baqarah, dan Yunus. ***** This study aims to reveal the repetition and meaning of his discourse on the story of Prophet Moses as in the Qur'an. This research is qualitative research, as for the method used is content analysis. As a result of the research, it is discovered that the repetition of the story of Moses as in the Holy Qur'an is not contained in a single chapter, but is mentioned in various chapters and presented using different sentences. The repetition of the story of Moses as in the Holy Qur'an is found in 28 postulates in 12 chapters, namely: Hud, Ghafir, az-Zukhruf, Ibrahim, al-A'raf, asy-Syu'ara, Thaha, an-Naml, al-Qashash, an-Nazi'at, al-Baqarah, and Yunus. These data are divided into two types of repetition: repetition of word and meaning in 4 places, and repetition of meaning without words in 7 places. The 28 postulates are divided into 10 topics: (1) Moses's mission as a messenger and his preaching in 4 postulates, (2) two great miracles before Pharaoh in 2 postulates, (3) the miracle of the hand in 3 postulates, (4) the command to confront Pharaoh in 2 postulates, (5) the faith of the sorcerers in the Lord of the worlds after seeing the miracle in 3 postulates, (6) confrontation with Pharaoh's sorcerers in 2 postulates, (7) the beginning of his prophethood and message in 3 postulates, (8) the command to take the Children of Israel by night in 2 postulates, (9) the command to pray for water for the Children of Israel in 2 postulates, and (10) the stages of his dawah and protection of his people with revelation in 4 postulates. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the repetition of word and meaning in the story of Prophet Moses as provides a constant meaning for emphasis (ta'kid) and glorification (ta'dzim), whereas the difference in the meaning of discourse only appears in the type of repetition of meaning without words for emphasis (ta'kid), glorification (ta'dzim), and magnification of effects/frightening (tahwil).
