Abstract

Puteri Kemala Chandra Kirana. 2026. Representasi Trauma Psikologis Pada Tokoh Kentarou Momose dalam Anime “Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen” (Kajian Psikologi Sastra). Skripsi. Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Jepang. Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Penelitian ini menganalisis representasi trauma psikologis akibat power harassment pada tokoh Kentarou Momose serta proses pemulihannya dalam anime Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen menggunakan pendekatan psikologi sastra. Landasan teoretis yang digunakan meliputi teori penokohan Burhan Nurgiyantoro (2013), teori trauma psikologis Judith L. Herman (1992), dan teori temperamen Hippocrates. Melalui metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis), data berupa dialog, monolog, perilaku, dan adegan dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik simak dan catat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kentarou Momose merupakan tokoh protagonis bulat (round) dan berkembang (developing character) yang digambarkan dominan melalui teknik showing. Trauma psikologis Momose termanifestasi dalam tiga gejala, yaitu hyperarousal, intrusion, dan constriction, sedangkan pemulihannya berhasil dicapai melalui tahapan safety, remembrance and mourning, serta reconnection. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan dukungan sosial (social support) berperan krusial dalam membantu penyintas memulihkan kondisi psikologisnya dari dampak buruk perundungan dunia kerja. Representation of Psychological Trauma by Character Kentarou Momose in Anime Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen (A Literary Psychology Study). Thesis, Japanese Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Language and Arts, Jakarta State University. This study analyzes the representation of psychological trauma caused by power harassment in the character Kentarou Momose and his recovery process in the anime Atarashii Joushi wa Do Tennen using a literary psychology approach. The theoretical framework integrates Burhan Nurgiyantoro’s (2013) characterization theory, Judith L. Herman’s (1992) psychological trauma theory, and the Hippocrates temperament theory. Utilizing a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis, data in the form of dialogues, monologues, character behaviors, and scenes were collected through observation, and note-taking. The results indicate that Kentarou Momose is a protagonist categorized as a developing and round character, primarily depicted through the showing technique. Based on Herman's theory, Momose's psychological trauma is represented through three symptoms: hyperarousal, intrusion, and constriction, while his recovery is achieved through three stages: safety, remembrance and mourning, and reconnection. This study concludes that a healthy work environment and social support play a crucial role in helping trauma survivors recover their psychological well-being from the adverse effects of workplace harassment.
