Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan panduan pembuatan prototipe struktur gedung beton pracetak skala 1:50 sebagai referensi bagi mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan kompetisi rancang bangun konstruksi. Panduan mencakup tahapan perancangan, fabrikasi, dan perakitan prototipe dengan fokus pada penggunaan bekisting akrilik dan penerapan metode konstruksi yang efisien. Materi yang disajikan meliputi persiapan alat dan bahan, fabrikasi beton pracetak, quality control, sistem sambungan kering (dry joint connection), penamaan komponen, site plan area kerja, dan urutan erection. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) Penelitian pengembangan ini menerapkan model 4D (Four-D Model) yang mencakup empat tahapan, yaitu Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan), Develop (pengembangan), dan Disseminate (penyebaran). Hasil uji kelayakan oleh ahli materi (81,43%) dan ahli media (85%), serta uji coba terhadap pengguna akhir (96%) menunjukkan bahwa produk berada pada kategori Sangat Layak. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan panduan yang layak, praktis, dan mudah dipahami sebagai referensi teknis dan media pembelajaran yang dinilai bermanfaat dalam mendukung pembelajaran mengenai fabrikasi beton pracetak dan metode konstruksi prototipe struktur gedung skala 1:50. ***** This research aims to develop a guidebook for creating a 1:50 scale precast concrete building structure prototype as a reference for students preparing for construction design competitions. The guidebook covers the stages of design, fabrication, and prototype assembly, focusing on the use of acrylic formwork and the application of effective construction methods. The materials presented include the preparation of tools and materials, fabrication of precast concrete, quality control, dry joint connection systems, component naming, work area site plans, and erection sequence. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. This developmental research applies the 4D (Four-D) model, which includes four stages: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. The feasibility test results by material experts (81.43%) and media experts (85%), as well as trials on end-users (96%), indicate that the product falls into the Very Feasible category. The research resulted in a guide that is viable, practical, and easy to understand, serving as both a technical reference and a learning resource deemed beneficial for supporting instruction on precast concrete fabrication and construction methods for a 1:50 scale building structure prototype.
